If its your first anxiety attack, and you’ve never had a heart attack, there is probably no way that you would be able to figure out that what you’re actually experiencing is an anxiety attack, and not a heart attack. That was myfrightening experience anyway…

It’s practically impossible to expect someone who hasn’t experienced one of these attacks to understand how horrible they feel and how frightening they are. If you understand you know who you are and you know you want this to stop!

Needless to say this really started bothering me. But something unexpected happened to me. Instead of being fearful of the attacks I started getting angry at the attacks for wrecking panic attack symptoms my life.

4) Like so many real-life killers, your antagonist, Xan, appears to be a (somewhat delusional) sociopath who has no regard for human life. What kind of research went into crafting the character? Were there any actual cases that inspired you?

Anxiety usually begins over a small matter. Worry about a job, performance, physical health or a relationship are all very real causes of anxiety. When one continues to fixate on this worry and allow it to begin to control their life, this is where panic attacks are most likely to occur.

As was previously stated here and will be stated again for measure. Panic attacks on the average do not have any real triggers associated with them. Nonetheless, panic disorder has been tied to some causes, and some of these causes can be linked to heredity for one. Some of the others are not being able to be assertive in one’s life, any phobias, medications of any kind, conditions that are chronic or serious in nature, to cite a few here.

If you can recollect the thought process before, during and after a panic attack it can help in a therapy like cognitive behavior therapy to cure panic and anxiety attacks. This can even help in deciding the relaxation therapy you may require for overcoming the stress and strain that is triggering this problem.

Having your own panic attack support is a must. You may have the capacity to face your fears alone but having somebody to support you on your way to recovery can be a great help.
