Its especially important to seek professional help if you feel depressed, have trouble with drinking or drugs, have other mental health concerns along with anxiety or experience suicidal thoughts or behaviors.

Judge Thokozile Masipa sent Pistorius for psychiatric observation on an outpatient basis to determine whether his state of mind played any part in Reeva Steenkamps fatal shooting on Valentines Day last year. Four specialists are responsible for a report that will determine whether Pistorius was criminally responsible for the shooting or whether his anxiety disorder resulted in him having diminished capacity. There are three possible scenarios that could emerge from this report.
